And so I'm starting a blog...and a microgreens business.

Ok, so here I am at 52 years old and thinking I need a change. I had experienced a burn out, with anxiety and depression, and to say it was life changing is an understatement. Like so may of us , I questioned where I was, where I've been and where I was going and wanted something better. I knew I couldn't survive the way I was living, under so much stress and responsibilities. I knew I had to change things because I had two children, albeit over 18, who needed me and one of whom was moderately intellectually handicapped and would need both my husband and I heavily for the rest of his life. I needed a change, a radical change. Something I needed to be passionate about. Something just mine. And so I'm starting a blog..... and a microgreens business. I figure I can start one thing new, then heck , why not two new things. So here I am.

I hear blogging is awesome. It's fun. It can become a side hustle. It can become a career, and I hear the same for growing microgreens. I am sure you're all familiar with blogging, or at least have read one or two people who blog and post content online. You are familiar with the term. As for microgreens, now that may be quite a different thing. They are extremely nutritious, healthy, tasty and well..... green. Or at least most of the time they are. Here's a photo below of some microgreens I've grown. With this new direction, I want to reach out and touch the lives of my audience, make it better, more enjoyable , more healthy, more alive. I am doing so that my own becomes better as well. I am hoping the blog gets read by more than one or two people. I am hoping the microgreens are bought by enough clients that I can say I have a business I can be proud of. It doesn't have to be a huge success. I just want to be proud of it and make a difference. To me that'll be my success.
